Page for faceted taxonomy

Hello,
I was wondering if when I use the faceted taxonomy on PEOPLE or PERSON list page and I click a term - I go to a URL - this is an example of one: browse/people/?f[0]=sm_og_vocabulary%3Ataxonomy_term%3A158496 - is there a way for me to create a title on that page so the user can see it? sorry if this is an obvious answer I just can't figure it out.
