Source code organization

I update the website for a group that is very, very adamant about the style of their website and they insist on URLs that are not underlined. This means that every time I insert a link I have to go into the source code to change the style so that the link isn't underlined. This was slightly inconvenient before since there is no way to just choose the style when inserting a link, but it has become a horrible task since Open Scholar was updated several months ago which resulted in all of the source code being jumbled together without any organization. Reading through the source and trying to find the right place to make the necessary change has become an excruciating task. Is there any way to change how the source displays, or is there another alternative that could make my life easier?
